Kenya - The People and Places of the Safari Region

In August of 2008 Joanne and I took a photo safari to Kenya. This safari was for photographers only lead by two professional photographeers which allowed up to focus on photography. We were lucky to have no more than 3 people, on most days, per vehicle so there was no jostling with non-photographers and too many people in the vehicle. We spent 16 days visiting Samburu National Park in the north, Lake Nakuru National Park on the equator, and the Masai Mara National Preserve on the northern end of the Sarengeti. This gallery focuses on the people and places we visited.
